Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Ensure the smart lock is uninstalled, factory reset to clear your biometric data, and placed in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and keys.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
